A fallen tree is blocking your driveway or the road. Call us on 6844 0938, then WhatsApp the photos to 9169 3221. We aim to be there within two hours during office hours and within three hours after office hours. The first thing we do is make the area safe and clear the way.
- Call us first if it is urgent. A phone call is the fastest way to reach us.
- Then WhatsApp us the photos. Tell us what happened in your own words.
- We make it safe first. The rest of the tree is cleared after that. See how fast we get there.
- Check whose tree it is. Trees along roads and in HDB estates are looked after by someone else. See whose job it is.
- Not sure if it can wait? See what counts as urgent, or how the price is worked out.
Storms in Singapore come quickly. A heavy afternoon downpour or an early morning Sumatra squall can be over in half an hour.
When it clears, there might be a big branch across your driveway, or a whole tree lying on your fence or your car.
This post explains how to get our team to you, and what you can send us so we arrive ready.
If the tree has only just come down, read what to do in the first ten minutes first, then come back here.
How fast can you get here?
If a fallen or damaged tree is blocking a road, a driveway or the way into your home, we aim to be there within two hours during office hours. After office hours, we aim to be there within three hours.
When we arrive, we deal with the danger first. We make the area safe and clear whatever is in the way, so people and cars can move again.
Cutting down what is left of the tree, removing the stump and tidying up usually come later, as normal daytime work. That part is safer to plan properly once nothing is hanging over anyone.
What should I send you?
Call us first if someone could get hurt or the way in is blocked. Then send us photos on WhatsApp at 9169 3221.
The photos let us see the job before we reach you, so we know which people and machines to bring.
Take them from a safe distance. Do not stand under a tree that still has branches hanging.
Try to show us these.
- The whole tree, from far enough back to see where it fell.
- What it is lying on. A car, a roof, a fence, a wall or a gate.
- Anything still hanging in the tree above.
- How we can get in. Your gate, driveway or side path. Big jobs need a crane lorry, and it needs space to park and work.
Then tell us, in a few words, your address, what happened and whether anyone or anything is still in danger. That is enough for us to start planning.
Take the photos before anything is moved. Your insurer may ask for them, and once the tree is cleared nobody can take them again.
Is it an emergency, or can it wait until tomorrow?
You do not have to decide on your own. Send us the photos and we will tell you.
These usually need us there quickly.
- A tree or big branch blocking a road, a driveway or your only way in.
- A tree lying on a car, a roof, a fence or a wall.
- Broken branches still hanging above a path, a car park or a play area.
- A tree that has split down the trunk, or is leaning with the soil lifting at its base.
These can usually wait for a normal booking.
- A branch on the grass with nothing under it.
- A tree that lost leaves and small twigs but is still standing fine.
- The stump and the tidying up after the tree has been cleared.

Whose job is it to remove the tree?
That depends on where the tree was growing. It is worth checking before you call anyone.
- In your own compound. If you live in a landed house and the tree is inside your boundary, you can call us to cut and clear it.
- In your condo. Tell your MCST or managing agent. They arrange the work for the common areas, and they can call us.
- Along a road or in a park. Report it to NParks.
- In an HDB estate. Tell your Town Council.
- Your neighbour's tree, fallen into your compound. Talk to your neighbour first, so you can agree together on how it gets cleared.
How much does emergency tree removal and cutting cost?
Every fallen tree is different, so there is no one fixed price.
The price depends on a few things.
- How easy it is to reach the tree.
- How big and how tall the tree is.
- How much cutting and clearing is needed.
- Which machines the job needs, like a crane lorry.
- Any paperwork the site needs before work starts.
Your photos help us understand most of this before we arrive. For typical price ranges, see what it costs to cut a tree in Singapore.
What happens after the tree is cleared?
Once the area is safe and the fallen tree is gone, we take a proper look at what is left.
A tree that lost one branch may still be healthy and worth keeping. Sometimes the break shows rot inside the trunk, and the tree is better taken down.
There are two things worth deciding with us at this point. Whether to remove the stump, and whether any other tree in the compound needs attention.
The second one matters more. The same storm hit every tree in your compound. While our arborist is already there, it is a good time to check the trees still standing. Whatever made the first tree fall often affects the others too.
